Va., has bought the Ca sino Theatre from Triplett Bros, and is having the entire room remodeled, preparatory to the opening of a high-class vtude ville and motion picture pow. The opening performanqe will be given Wednesday or Thurs from the boiler room, as there was no tire about the plant the day before save in this room. A peculiar thing about the tire, Mr. Askew says, was that about 1'2 o'clock the night of the tiire he awoke after having a dream that his mill was on tire, and got up and went out in his yard and looked in the direction of his mill to see if he could see any sign of tire. He says the dream bore on his mind so much that he could not sleep any more during the night. When he left his home' m Scotland Neck early in the morning it was with grave fears that he would tind his dream true, and upon reaching Ins mill he was not surprised to tind it in ashes Notice to Stock Men 1 wish to inform the public I hat I am now located at Lenoir I make a specialty ol operating , . i i i i i on Ivitimmg norses i pei ioi in the operation without stopping them from work. h'eference; lienkel Live Stock' Co., of Le noir, Hickory and Statesville Yours respectfully. 17 tl K. ltioos.
